The device № 2 includes elements of a puzzle and helps quickly to get skills to determine the hydrostatic pressure at the bottom of the experimental tank 2 using the indications of piezometer 3, a level gauge 4, pressure-vacuum gauge 5 and the vacuum gauge 7 at different values of surface pressure p0. Excessive pressure (p0 > pa) or vacuum (p0 < pa) in the experimental tank 2 are created by a short-term inclination of the device to the right or to the left. After the device is turned upside down the opened piezometer 3 becomes returned piezometer, i.e. the vacuum gauge 7. |
