Minilabs «Droplet-1, 2, 3, 4» are sent by post parcels in a week after payment reception. Delivery to educational establishments is possible without an advance payment. Time of delivery of a parcel to the destination in Russia is less than two weeks, and delivery costs are included in cost of minilabs. It is also possible to send parcels by the transport company at the expense of the customer.

Complete set includes:

  1) empty (without a liquid) devices; the size is about 360х240 mm;

  2) dyes for liquids with the instruction on pouring the devices;

  3) technical passport with guarantee certificate;

  4) guidelines for the implementation of demonstrations and activities;

  5) CD-ROM disk with the film for learning how to use the devices.

WARRANTY

The warranty period is 12 months from the date of sale. In the event of failure of any device of laboratory during this period the manufacturer guarantees its free replacement, (if the consumer observed the guidance of technical passport). The defective unit is sent to the manufacturer for analysis of the causes of defect. When you have any questions about using the device, manufacturer provides qualified advice.
